1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping within India for all orders weighing up to 0.5 kg. If your order weighs more than 0.5 kg, shipping charges will apply based on the selected shipping method at checkout.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges depend on the weight, delivery location, and shipping method chosen at checkout. We calculate shipping costs automatically and display them before you make the payment.
3. What are your shipping days and times?
We ship orders Monday to Saturday, except on national holidays.
- Orders placed before 12:30 PM IST are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:30 PM IST are shipped the next business day.
4. Do you ship to military addresses?
Yes, we do. Please mention ‘Military Address’ in the address field during checkout and provide the APO, FPO, or DPO address along with the recipient’s name, rank, and unit.
5. What shipping methods do you use for military addresses?
We use India Post and USPS for shipping to military addresses, as courier services do not deliver to APO, FPO, or DPO locations.
6. How long does delivery to a military address take?
Military address deliveries take longer than regular shipments due to customs, security checks, and location constraints. You can check the estimated delivery time on our website or contact customer support for more details.
7. Can I use a P.O. Box or remote location address for shipping?
Yes, but we can only ship such orders through postal services, which may take longer. Courier services require a physical address and a signature/OTP upon delivery, which is not possible for P.O. Boxes.
8. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship internationally through major logistics partners. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us.
9. Will I be responsible for import duties and taxes on international orders?
Yes. If your country applies import duties and taxes, you will need to pay them when the order arrives. If you refuse to pay, the goods will be returned at your expense, and you will be refunded minus return shipping costs. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
10. How long does delivery take?
- Domestic orders: 2 to 9 business days.
- International orders: 3 to 45 days, depending on the destination and shipping method.
11. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment’s progress.
12. What if my order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time?
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and provide an update as soon as possible.
13. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, you can change the delivery address before your order is dispatched. Please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance. Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
14. What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
If an item goes out of stock after you place an order, we will ship the available products and contact you regarding the backordered item. You can choose to wait for restocking or request a refund.
15. What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
We’re sorry for any mistake! Please contact our customer service immediately. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct one at no additional cost.
16. What if my parcel is lost in transit?
If your parcel is lost, contact us immediately. We will conduct an investigation with the shipping provider. If confirmed lost, we will offer you a replacement or a refund.
17. What should I do if my parcel is damaged during transit?
- If you receive a damaged parcel, reject the delivery and contact us immediately.
- If the package was left at your address while you were away, report the damage within 24 hours.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund.
18. Is my order insured?
Yes. Orders above ₹2000 are automatically insured against loss and damage during transit.
19. How is sales tax calculated?
Sales tax is already included in the product price. You will not be charged any additional tax at checkout.
