Carrom strikers are circular products and generally look best when design elements remain visually balanced around the centre.

For best visual results, we recommend:

• Centrally aligned designs whenever possible
• Similar visual weight around the striker

Designs heavily concentrated on one side, layouts intended for rectangular surfaces, excessively long text in one area, or visually unbalanced arrangements may require modification before production.

If necessary, our team may recommend layout adjustments to improve the final appearance and suitability of the design.

Colour & Engraving Information

This product is manufactured using precision engraving technology rather than full-colour printing.

The final appearance may differ from digital mockups, AI-generated images, printed graphics, computer-generated previews, or screen-rendered artwork.

For best results:

• Simple and clean designs work exceptionally well
• Text, logos, symbols, and bold artwork reproduce accurately
• One-colour, two-colour, and selected three-colour designs generally produce the best results

Please note:

• Highly detailed artwork may require simplification
• Extremely fine details may not be reproducible through engraving
• Depending on design complexity, colour filling may not be possible on certain fine details or intricate artwork
• Complex multi-colour designs cannot be replicated exactly like printed graphics
• Photographic images, gradients, shadows, and AI-generated full-colour artwork may require modification before production

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their selected specifications comply with any applicable tournament, federation, club, or competition rules.

Personalized & Made-to-Order Product Policy

This is a made-to-order product manufactured specifically according to the specifications, dimensions, profile selection, colour, artwork, and customization requirements provided by the customer.

Because each striker is manufactured exclusively for an individual customer, it generally cannot be resold, reused, or reassigned to another customer.

For this reason, made-to-order carrom strikers are considered:

• Non-Returnable
• Non-Exchangeable
• Non-Refundable

once design work, customization work, specification confirmation, or production has started.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before the design or manufacturing process begins.

However, once design preparation, specification confirmation, artwork processing, design approval, manufacturing preparation, or production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Approved Artwork & Specification Policy

Production begins only after approval has been received from the customer.

Once approval has been provided and manufacturing has commenced, changes, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be accepted.

Customers are therefore encouraged to review all specifications and artwork carefully before providing final approval.

Specification Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred diameter, thickness, side profile, and customization requirements.

NHD Sports can provide general guidance based on experience, but cannot guarantee that a particular custom specification will suit the personal preferences, playing style, or expectations of every individual player.

Design Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all design details before approving the final artwork.

This includes:

• Names
• Initials
• Logos
• Dates
• Messages
• Spellings
• Design Placement
• Colours
• Dimensions
• Side Profile Selection
• Other Customization Details

Once final approval is provided and production begins, further modifications may not be possible.

Design Revision Policy

Up to 3 reasonable design revisions, alterations, or amendments are provided free of charge.

Additional revisions beyond the first 3 free revisions will be charged at ₹100 per revision.

To avoid delays and unnecessary revision charges, customers are encouraged to finalize their design requirements before requesting artwork preparation.

Repeated redesign requests, complete concept changes, or substantial modifications may be treated as additional revisions.

Intellectual Property Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any logo, artwork, image, text, or design submitted for customization is legally authorized for use.

By submitting artwork for production, the customer confirms that they own the necessary rights or have obtained permission from the rightful owner.

NHD Sports shall not be responsible for trademark, copyright, licensing, or intellectual property disputes arising from customer-submitted content.

Design Acceptance Policy

To ensure product quality and manufacturability, NHD Sports reserves the right to refuse, modify, simplify, or reject any submitted design that may be:

• Technically unsuitable for engraving
• Structurally impractical
• Visually unbalanced
• Offensive or inappropriate
• Misleading or unlawful
• In violation of intellectual property rights
• Based on poor-quality, blurred, pixelated, or low-resolution source files

Where possible, alternative solutions will be suggested before production.

Manufacturing Tolerances

As each striker is individually manufactured, minor variations in colour shade, engraving depth, positioning, artwork scale, finishing, dimensions, weight, or production appearance may occur.

Such variations are normal manufacturing characteristics and do not constitute defects.

Every made-to-order striker is inspected before dispatch to ensure that the approved specifications and customization requirements have been accurately incorporated and that the product meets our manufacturing standards.
