1. Easy Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned with all original tags, accessories, and invoices.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Items purchased under clearance or promotional sales may not be eligible for returns.
- Digital products, downloadable software, and gift cards are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

- Get Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with shipping instructions.
- Pack & Ship: Securely pack the product and ship it using a trackable courier service.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed based on the following terms:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, etc.).
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item received.
- If the order was paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued as store credit or bank transfer after verification.
- Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
- If a refund has not been received within the expected timeframe, customers should check with their bank or payment provider before contacting us.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- If you receive the wrong size or a defective item (subject to stock availability).
- If an exchange is unavailable, we will provide a refund as per our policy.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used, washed, or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival).
- Personalized or customized products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Items without original packaging, tags, or invoice.
- Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health and personal care items.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost after verification.
- If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
7. Order Cancellations

- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after delivery.
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.
8. International Orders & Customs Duties

- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance processes.
- If an international order is rejected or undelivered due to unpaid duties/taxes, the refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting any return shipping fees and additional costs.

- Customers must ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
